Yeyo Labneh Cream Cheese

1000ml pure Yeyo
180ml Lemon Juice
3g Sea Salt
Cheese cloth
Large bowl/Receptacle
1.Hand-blend all ingredients
Hand-blend all ingredients together with whisk until evenly mixed. Be careful not to over- stir as mixture will become too runny.
2.Pour mixture into cheese cloth
Pour mixture into cheese cloth and gently squeeze to expel any liquid.
3.Put mixture into strainer
Put cheese cloth-wrapped mixture into strainer and stack over large bowl or receptacle.
4.Chill for at least 24 hours
Put pot/receptacle into refrigerator and chill for at least 24 hours.
